Kepro is mission-bound to improve lives through healthcare quality and clinical expertise. During the current COVID-19 pandemic our mission has never been more critical to ensure the health and welfare of our country’s vulnerable populations.
As a partner to State and Federal healthcare programs across the country, Kepro offers solutions to help our government partners navigate new challenges and work to meet the needs of their citizens.
Our centralized contact tracing approach will give states the immediate support they need to fight COVID-19. We have the existing infrastructure to quickly stand up a centralized contact tracing call center operation in a state and/or remotely as well as automated tools for data collection and sharing.
As a result of COVID-19 states are facing an unprecedented spike in unemployment insurance applications. Kepro has the call center experience, technology platform and personnel to quickly increase call center capacity. We are confident in our ability to ramp up and down as evidenced by the recent quick adjustments we have made in response to COVID-19.
Recently, many states are planning for the early release of incarcerated individuals to combat the spread of the coronavirus. Kepro’s Correctional Care Management program connects discharged inmates with community-based services to ensure continuity of care and reduce the pressure on the already maxed out healthcare system.
Watch the below video to learn insights from two former state healthcare officials on how Kepro is helping states respond to COVID-19 through contact tracing and case management.
